Haryali Chicken S. Indian Style

Here's a recipe for Haryali Chicken in South Indian Style:
Ingredients:
500 grams boneless chicken pieces
1 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/2 cup fresh curry leaves
1 onion, finely chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and coconut milk. Blend to a smooth paste.
In a pan, heat the oil and add the blended paste. Cook on medium heat until the oil separates from the mixture.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Add a little water if the mixture is too dry.
Cover the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serve hot with steamed rice or chapatis.
